The St. Charles St. Patrick's Day Parade is the highlight of a day full of celebration, including an Opening Ceremony, Photo Opportunities, and more! Starting at 2pm, the parade will travel down Main Street, starting at 6th Street and concluding at 4th Avenue.

Shamrockin' St. Charles 8K
Shamrockin' St. Charles 8k, presented by Brew Hop Fun Run, is the perfect way to kick off the celebration of the day, with a scenic walk/run starting and finishing at Pottawatomie Park. Following the race, there will be a Post-Race Party at Pollyanna Brewing & Distilling!

What is the route of the parade?The parade starts at 6th Street and travels down Main Street to conclude at 4th Avenue.

Will there be an accessible viewing area for those with mobility limitations?The St. Charles Business Alliance is committed to making our events accessible to all. To ensure everyone's enjoyment at this year's St. Patrick's Parade, a special viewing area has been designated for those with mobility limitations. This viewing area is located by the front parking lot at the St. Charles Municipal Center, and can be identified by the blue "Reserved Seating" signage.

What time do the festivities begin?The Opening Ceremony will be taking place at 11am in the 1st Street Plaza. Following the Opening Ceremony, we encourage everyone to explore the local businesses in town, taking advantage of all the St. Patrick Sales & Specials. The parade will kick off at 2pm.

Is there any charge to attend the event?No, there is no charge to enjoy the opening ceremony, the parade, and to take pictures at our lucky photo station!

Where will the Lucky Photo Station be located?The Lucky Photo Station will be located by the corner of Illinois Street and Riverside Avenue.
